Will my order come ready to eat?
All of our foods are fully cooked and ready to eat! You can heat them in the microwave or on the stove to your preferred temperature :)
Please note that our food is perishable and must be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
Our exclusive triple insulating system guarantees your product is safe to eat after it arrives even after 6 days in transit. All orders are shipped by 3-day courier in order to hedge against unforeseen delays.
What is the shelf life of your products?
You can enjoy your PlantCuts product for up to 5 days after opening the package. Unopened packages can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks. You can also easily re-freeze the products for later use. Safely stored in the freezer, our foods will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 6 months.
Where do you ship? What are the shipping times?
We ship all over Canada and the US. We also offer local pickup from our Toronto facility.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over $99.
For GTA orders below $99, delivery is $15 and pickup is always free!

Is your packaging recyclable?
The PlantCuts box you receive your order in is 100% recyclable. The insulation and silver wrapping are not recyclable but we encourage consumers to reuse these materials wherever possible. Ice packs and the insulated hot/cold bag can be kept for many different uses! Our company philosophy is to be as green as we can, and we are working towards going 100% eco-friendly in the future.
How does pickup work?
You asked, and we listened! You can now schedule a free pickup from our facility.
We offer pickup at our Toronto location in the Junction Triangle by appointment only.

Can I purchase your products in stores?
Yes! Our PlantCuts are available at Fiesta Farms in Toronto.

Absolutely! If you order has not yet been fulfilled, we would be more than happy to accept changes to your order.
I'm not happy with my order. What do I do?
We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order please feel free to contact us as soon as you receive it, and we will work with you to make things right!
